Issue Management
Create a New Issue Thread
Issue threads allow multiple stakeholders in a project (e.g. data management PMs, engineers, labelers, etc.) to comment and discuss on specific raw data or labels. The purpose of using issue threads includes:
- giving feedback on the quality of raw data and labels
- effectively gathering and reflecting every stakeholder's feedback for quality assurance purposes
Issue threads can be created both in Review Mode and Label Mode. Click
Issue in the upper righthand side to create a new thread.
Create an issue in Review Mode
1. Launch Review Mode and click the
Add Issue button on the Issues panel on the right.2. Click where you would like to create an issue thread in the canvas area, and an input window will open.
3. Leave your feedback in the input field and click

How to mention users in issue threads
1. Type in "@" along with the user's name or email address in the input field.
2. The mentioned users will be notified.
Respond to Issue Threads
As with creating an issue thread, you can respond to issue threads in the Issues panel on the right-hand side of the Label Mode and Review Mode screens.
Leave a comment
1. Open the issue thread by clicking the desired thread in the issue list or on the canvas area.
2. Click
Reply to open the input window and type in your comment.3. Click
Post and the comment will be added to the thread.
Resolve Issue threads
1. Click the
··· button in the Open issues list.2. Click
Resolve to resolve the issue thread. Resolved issues are moved to Resolved issues list.
Reopen Resolved Issue threads
1. Whenever you want to add a comment to a resolved issue thread, click the
··· button in the Resolved issue list.2. You can reopen the issue by clicking the Open button. Reopened issue threads are moved to the Open issues list.
