Under Label List, you will see the Filter by functionality near the top of the screen.
Use this function to apply a filter by Open Issues. You can use this to view labels that still have unresolved, open issue threads and also those that don't have any open issues. You cannot filter labels based on Resolved Issues at this time.
For example, if you would like to do a quality check on the labels that do not have any open issue threads, you may click on do not exist and **then apply this filter to temporarily remove labels with existing open issue threads.
