How to track issues

Respond to Issue Threads

You may respond to issue threads in three ways:

  • Reply to an existing issue thread

  • Close-out an issue thread by clicking Resolve

  • Re-open an issue if another error is discovered

This can be done by toggling between Open and Resolved issues on the Detailed View interface. Please also remember that issue threads may be opened and resolved also on the Annotation App.

If you choose to see Open issues, you will see all outstanding issues and comments in numerical order. Once you click on the Resolve button on the issue thread, it will instantly be moved to the Resolved group.

Under Resolved, you may verify each issue thread. If a particular issue needs to be re-opened, simply click Re-Open to move it back to the Open group.
